Subscription text services generally start somewhere between $25 and $39 a month at the time of writing, charged whether you send anything or not. ZestyText starts at one dollar per text sent, with nothing monthly underneath it.

ZestyText is the registered SMS sender. All recipients sign up directly through our opt-in system. We handle TCPA compliance, opt-outs, and consent recordkeeping so you don't have to.
Before payment is taken, your message is reviewed by automated content moderation. Inappropriate content is blocked instantly — no charge.
Being straight about this saves everyone time. ZestyText sends one message to a whole list. It cannot send each person their own version, so there is no name and no individual appointment time in the text. It does not connect to booking software, does not run automatically, and does not split a list into smaller groups.
If you need each client reminded about their own appointment, a booking system such as Square Appointments, Booksy or Acuity does that properly and charges monthly. If you run weekly marketing campaigns and need automation and reporting, a subscription platform is the right tool. ZestyText is for reaching a whole group at once, and only pays off if you send occasionally.
A few other limits worth knowing: texts go to United States numbers only, they send at 12pm Eastern on the date you pick, messages are plain text with no pictures, and the length is about 160 characters including your event name.
ZestyText is the registered sender for every message broadcast through our platform. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA messaging guidelines, and all applicable carrier rules. We maintain detailed consent records for every subscriber, process opt-out requests immediately, and screen all outgoing content for abuse.
