One-time send plans are non-refundable once your messages have been submitted to the carrier network for delivery. This is because we incur carrier and infrastructure costs the moment messages are dispatched โ costs we cannot recover even if a message is undelivered due to an invalid number or carrier issue.
If you accidentally sent to the wrong list, sent a message with an error, or simply changed your mind after submitting โ we are unable to issue a refund. We encourage you to review your message and contact list carefully before confirming your send.
Reminder add-ons are non-refundable once the first reminder in the sequence has been sent. If no reminders have been sent yet and you wish to cancel the sequence, contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase and we will issue a full credit.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately โ you will not be billed again. However, we do not issue pro-rated refunds for the current billing period. You retain full access to your plan features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Example: If you pay on March 1st and cancel on March 15th, you keep access until March 31st and are not charged again. No refund is issued for the March payment.
If ZestyText experiences a platform error that prevents your messages from being submitted to carriers โ and the failure is on our end โ we will:
Delivery failures caused by invalid phone numbers, carrier filtering, or recipient devices are outside our control and are not covered by this policy.
If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund will be issued for any unused balance, subscription time, or purchased credits.
