Please read these terms carefully. By using ZestyText — including the $1 one-time send, any paid plan, or the AI message writer — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use ZestyText.
ZestyText is an SMS broadcasting and reminder service operated by Alpha Leonis Production Studio LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). Our platform allows users to send group text messages, schedule automated reminders, and deliver documents via SMS.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use ZestyText. By using the platform, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
This is the most important section. ZestyText is a platform — you, the sender, are solely responsible for ensuring all recipients have given you express prior consent to receive text messages. By sending any message through ZestyText, you confirm that:
ZestyText automatically appends "Reply STOP to opt out" to all messages and processes opt-outs immediately. You must never attempt to override or remove this language.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount displayed at checkout. One-time plan fees are charged immediately. Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. All prices are in USD.
One-time plans are non-refundable once messages have been delivered to the carrier network. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; no refund is issued for the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for full details.
ZestyText is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific delivery rates, or delivery to all carriers. SMS delivery is subject to carrier policies and network conditions outside our control.
ZestyText, its logo, AI tools, and all platform content are owned by Alpha Leonis Production Studio LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of the platform without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Leonis Production Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ZestyText. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Leonis Production Studio LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of ZestyText, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights including TCPA violations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, abnormal complaint rates, carrier-flagged activity, or any behavior we determine to be harmful or non-compliant. Termination for cause will not result in a refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ZestyText after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes by email.
